Ak-Chin Indian Community: EPD Water Pollution Control Program

EPD monitors the surface waters and wetland and riparian areas within the Community through the Clean Water Act (CWA 106) Water Pollution Control Program and the CWA 104(b) Wetlands Development Program.  Additional ongoing water programs include the Source Water Assessment to test and monitor the surface water delivered to the Community via the Central Arizona Project.
